How long does trophy engraving take? Lead times at Brighton Trophy Centre

Engraving at Brighton Trophy Centre usually takes 7–10 business days. Large club and school orders need at least 3 weeks. Pickup available in Brighton, Adelaide.

One of the most common questions we get is: “When will it be ready?”

Here’s how timing usually works at Brighton Trophy Centre.

Standard engraving turnaround

Most engraved orders are ready in about 7–10 business days.

That covers setting out your text or logo, engraving or printing, and checking the finished piece before pickup or dispatch.

Timing can vary with:

  • Order size
  • Method (traditional, laser or sublimation)
  • How complete the details are when you order (names, spellings, logo files)

Large orders

For large orders — full team sets, whole clubs, or big school runs — please allow at least 3 weeks. More time is better if you can.

Bigger jobs need more layout, engraving time and quality checks. Ordering early is the easiest way to stay comfortable before presentation night.

Tips so you’re not rushed

  1. Order early for presentation nights — end of season is busy for every club.
  2. Double-check spellings of names and grades before you submit.
  3. Send logo files clearly (and note if colour must match).
  4. Tell us your event date if it’s tight — we’ll be honest about what’s realistic.
  5. Large orders: plan on at least 3 weeks, and longer if you can.
